I was born into a family of entrepreneurs. My grandfather, Lester Pleeter, and my father, Bruce Pleeter, spent their entire adult lives buying and selling properties as investments. My father further expanded into developing commercial real estate properties in Utica, NY. Inspired by their passion for real estate, I was destined to make my own mark in the industry. I have a deep familiarity with Southwest Florida, having invested in properties there since 2008. After obtaining my realtor’s license, I viewed this achievement not merely as a means to earn a living but as a mission to connect individuals and families with their ideal properties, just as I have done for my own family.
